XLIFF 2.0 csprd01 comment by David Filip - Inline elements and attributes PRs on re-segemtation

Fellow TC members,

in the core specification of inline elements, PRs for re-segmentation are missing.

PRs should be discussed on mailing list and stabilized on the F2F in London, June 10, 2013.
