RE: XLIFF 2.0 Comments - inline code tree structure

Inline codes have a “parents” section that specifies which elements an inline code can appear in, however, it might be a good to show how all of the inline codes relate in a tree structure in the way it is done
 for other core elements and modules to be consistent.
