XLIFF 2.0 Comments - In "1.1.1 Key words"

Comments on XLIFF Version 2.0 Committee Specification Draft 01

In "1.1.1 Key words"

In my opinion those key words should be capitalized.
It makes the reading a lot easier and other OASIS specifications do use this already.
