XLIFF 2.0 Comments: Schema namespace typo repairs

I found a few places where we have mismatches between the declared namespace in a module’s schema vs. the namespace in the core schema import elements.

 

I will work feed these to Tom. This issue can act as a catch-all if anyone else finds schema errors of the “typo” variety. Tom can close this when he’s implemented all the fixes.
