csprd02 comment - xml:space

Hi all,

"...(ASCII spaces, tabs and line-breaks) are ti be treated"
Should be:
"...(ASCII spaces, tabs and line-breaks) are to be treated"

The term "whitespace/white spces/white-space" is also not spelled consistently across the specification.
