csprd02 comment - ref in mrk

Hi all,

There is the following PR:

"When used in a term annotation, the value is referring to a <glossentry> element or another URI providing information about the
term."

- the link on <glossentry> is broken.

- <glossentry> should probably be <gls:glossentry>.

- the value of ref is the URI and therefore doesn't refer to "another URI" but to another resource.

- I would rephrase this as: " When used in a term annotation, the URI value is referring to a resource providing information about
the term, for example a <gls:glossentry> element."
