csprd02 comment - ignorable and fs

Hi all,

The section describing the fs:fs attribute says:

"Used in: <file>, <unit>, <ignorable>, <notes>, <note>, <originalData>, <data>, <cp>, <sc>, <ec>, <ph>, <pc>, <mrk>, <sm> and <em>."

It's incorrect: <ignorable>, <em> do not have fs attributes.
