csprd02 comment - attribute without value description/type

Hi all,

The definition of 'category' or 'type' in the metadata module have no type defined (i.e. we don't know if they are text, NMTOKEN,
etc.)

They are missing a 'value description' field like other attributes have. Something like:

"Value description: Text."
