The example for FS which used XLIFF 1.2 <x> element has been updated to use the proper <ph> (https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff-comment/201310/msg00020.html
 ). This update was approved by ballot (https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff/201310/msg00042.html ).
