csprd02 comment #114 - id values constraint specified in two places

Yves,

as part of the currently proposed uniqueness and referencing solution I have been killing the id constraints as occurring on elements.

The only occurrence as far as I know is now on the id attribute.

Please let me know if you still see some bad duplicity
