csprd03 - invalid example in isolated example

The example in 4.3.1.22 isolate has three problems. 1. It has a stray </match> end tag. 2. It has no </mtc:matches> end tag. 3. The <mtc:match> element follows <segment>. It needs
 to precede <segment> to be valid.
