csprd03 - misspelled namespace fo change tracking

In section "5.6.2 Module Namespace" the specification says:

The namespace for the Change Tracking module is: urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:changeTracking:2.0
]]

But elsewhere the namespace is "urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:changetracking:2.0" (all lowercase).
I believe the all lowercase notation is the correct one.
