New XLIFF 2.1 Editors' Draft, 06 September 2016; Fwd: [xliff] Version Control Commit by DavidFilip

as promised, this is to highlight another Editors' draft of XLIFF 2.1

Unfortunately we haven't achieved the technical stability of the draft by today's meeting as planned.

Several ITS categories still need work including in order of urgency:

ITS Size Restriction - Fredrik

ITS Provenance - dF

ITS External Resource - Felix

ITS MT Confidence - dF

Other ITS categories should be in a good shape with only minor editorial improvements pending

Also pending is the ITS rules development for generic ITS processors - Felix

The bugfix for ctr seems to have incited a bigger discussion than expected, we will need to see if this bugfix can be made stable in a reasonably short time frame..

Advanced validation needs some more cosmetic work but seems to be broadly working
