fs attribute on inline elements

Hi Bryan,

You wrote the part of the spec that says inline elements have the “fs” attribute.

Check with the Inline SC if they want the “fs” attribute in inline elements. If the answer is yes, the schema and descriptions of all inline elements have to be modified. If not, the description of the “fs” attributeneeds  to be updated.

I just noticed our spec says the fs attribute applies to the inline elements:

Used in: <xliff>, <file>, <skeleton>, <unit>, <segment>, <ignorable>, <notes>, <simpleNote>, <originalData>,
<data>, <source>, <target>, <cp>, <ph>, <pc>, <sc>, <ec>, <mrk>

But from the inline elements’ point of view, they do not have fs. Also, the schema does not allow fs on inlines.

Do the inlines have the fs attribute?
