Updated JLIFF draft schema 0.9.6

Dear committee members,

I have updated the JLIFF draft schema 0.9.6 on GitHub with the addition of the formatStyle and validation modules, and I’ve made some other minor improvements.

I am looking for guidance and assistance to include the ITS module in JLIFF (our discussion topic for April 24), see e.g. XLIFF 2.1 ITS module: http://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/xliff-core/v2.1/os/xliff-core-v2.1-os.html#ITS-module
