XLIFF Version 2.0 is now published and available

Maybe the availability of the new spec could be submitted to the Multilingual newsletter.

I updated the XLIFF home page (plus brought it up to date a bit).

If you are logged in you see the changes. The public page will probably need the cache to clear before it is up to date. You see, as  Drupal guy I know that . ;)
