Minutes:
1) Roll call
Attending: Magnus, Andrzej, Christian

2) Minutes from last meeting were agreed as correct record.

3) Review of Action Items:
Andrzej updated his proposal document.
Magnus set up ballots for both proposals.

4) Ballot Summary:
Everyone eligible voted, and both proposals were accepted with 100% Yes votes.

5) Presenting the Proposals
Magnus will formally forward both proposals to the main XLIFF committee.

The main job of the segmentation subcommittee is now completed. The subcommittee will not be dissolved until the proposals have been accepted by the main XLIFF committee, but all subcommittee meetings will be suspended until deemed required.

6) Possible future work of the subcommittee was discussed. Some ideas:
* Amendments to the segmentation representation proposals, depending on feedback from the main committee.

When segmentation representation has been approved by the main committee:
* Create a Whitepaper to explain/promote the use of segmentation in XLIFF.
* Publish articles to promote XLIFF and explain the new segmentation representation.

7) Any other business
* Integration with SRX was mentioned. The subcommittee concluded that this is a topic for the main XLIFF committee to address.
* Christian proposed that the knowledge acquired during the subcommittee work should be captured. Everyone agreed, but we need to wait for the approval from the main committee, after which we can create a whitepaper where this knowledge is captured.

Great appreciation wasexpressed to all subcommittee participants for their excellent contributions.

The subcommittee adjourned until further notice.
