[xliff] LISA European Conference

All:

Please see the LISA meeting abstract in the URL below   -
the discussion topic for the conference in November focuses on Localisation
Standards - a topic  relevent to our TC's work.

My thoughts are:

We should have presence at this conference - speakers,  panelists, 
attendees,  submitted papers,  etc.  Any suggestions or
volunteers?

The early Nov timeframe works very well into our proposed 1.1 Release Candidate
Spec milestone date - perhaps we should issue a press release,  etc.
in conjunction with the conference?

The timeframe also works well with our proposed spec face 2 face signoff
meeting - so perhaps this meeting could be arranged at Heidelberg or nearby
facility?

Any other thoughts or observations?
