RE: [xliff] Schema validation

Hi G廨ard,

I've attached an example. See the ReadMe.txt file. All files I used are in
the zip file so you should be able to reproduce the problem.
I'm using the latest MSXML 4.0 as far as I know: msxml4.dll is version
4.10.9404.0 ("MSXML 4.0 SP 1").

You can also do validation of W3C Schema 1.0 using Oracle's XDK -
http://otn.oracle.com/tech/xml/index.htm - which also includes a parser.  I
cannot - however - vouch for how well it works...
