Peer review request for my article

I'm nearly 
finished writing an article about facilitating HTML language translation with 
Open Standards.  It is not 
specifically or exclusively about XLIFF, but XLIFF is obviously featured 
prominently.

 

I would very 
much appreciate peer review(s) of the draft.  Anyone interested in peer 
reviewing please let me know.  I will distribute the draft individually to 
TC member volunteers off list.
