Online ballot for charter clarification

everyone,

 

  Under the new 
TC Process, a change to the charter requires a special majority vote which must 
be run by the TC Administrator. I've just launched an online ballot; please cast 
your vote accordingly. The ballot is open for 7 days. At the end of the ballot, 
and assuming a 2/3 majority in favor, I'll announce the new charter and 
post it to the TC homepage.
