Bryan, everyone,

as I said before, I won't be able to join the call today.

I have brought attendance and voting status records up to date.

We have now 17 voters, so you will need 9 voters today to make the quorum.

Lucía Morado, Michael Ow, and Peter Reynolds re-gained their voting rights at the conclusion of the last meeting.
