CFD - Request Template for creating XLIFF 2.1

Hi all,

Unless I hear dissent here bz the time of the next meeting or in the meeting, I will request that OASIS TC administration makes us a starter front matter for XLIFF 2.1.

TC Admin will create a doc model of the front matter and I will clone the 2.0 template on our SVN to become the wd01 of the XLIFF version 2.1 specification.

The scope of the 2.1 version will be publicly discussed in Dublin, June 4, so come and discuss it there or chime in in this thread.

The currently considered features are

1. ITS 2.0 module

2. Advanced validation support

3. final media type registration

4. registration process for fragid prefixes

Bryan, can you please make us a new wiki feature tracker where we could track 2.1 and 2.x features

I propose that the "prison" section is split into 2.x and 3.0 so that it can be used on the rolling basis for 2.1 and all subsequent 2.x versions
