Registration file

Hi,

 

It seems the URL for the file where XLIFF2 stores its registered extensions is not accessible any more.

I get timeout at 
https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/xliff/trunk/xliff2-fragid/registry.txt?op=dl

Or even 
https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/xliff/trunk/xliff2-fragid/registry.txt
