MOF or UML metamodel for XML Schema ?

Hi,

Withing the Open ebMXL Laboratory we have started work on modeling XML 
schemas with a UML tool ArgoUML (open source) and for that we need a 
meta model of XML Schema expressed either in UML or in MOF.

So Im wondering if anyone have have created such metamodels for XML 
Schema  that we can use ?
