FIX : laxly schema valid

Sorry for the error:
The attribute that i'm not aware is this:
<any processContents="lax" namespace="##other"/>
The question is still the same: what does it mean for an element to be laxly valid ? Doed it need to be only well-formed but respect the namespace attribute (in the case above ok from every NS different from targetNamespece)
