Toolkit which contains a high-performance, validating XML parser with a SAX
2.0 interface.

The C++ XML Toolkit is the engine that drives ElCel's popular XML command
line tools, the XML Validator [1] and Canonical XML Processor [2].  It is
offered as an extension to another new product from ElCel Technology called
Celios, a cross-platform C++ development library that brings the power of
Java to C++.
