One of the quotes:

"There's this division of labor that's emerging between those who can
develop (Web) services and those that can put them together to make an
application"

I didn't really 'get' this article ... Can someone with a more trained
eye filter out the exact problem ... and will this problem somehow
hinder the evolution of Web-Services?
