Full-text search in XSLT 2.0/XPath 2.0/XQuery 1.0

A propos the recent discussion about where XSLT 2.0 etc is going, there are 
now TWO MORE working drafts - requirements and use cases for full-text 
search. As if TEN drafts (including XSLT 2.0) wasn't enough!
