Todd, it seems that you are teaasing us rather than trying to 
communicate with us. If you believe that the W3C hsa referrered 
inappropriately from one of its specs to an OASIS specification, please 
give us the URL for both documents so that we can judge for ourselves!

And if this has anything whatsoever to do with XPointer, please make 
that connection clear.
