[ANN] <oXygen/> XML Editor 2.0.4

I am glad to announce the release of the <oXygen/> XML Editor, version
2.0.4.

The most important features for the standalone version are editing remote
files (FTP/HTTP/WebDAV) and better support for Relax NG. On the Eclipse
plugin version there is HTML to XML conversion, XML project and XML
perspective support.
