Peer reviewed journals

Are there any currently publishing, peer-reviewed journals which are 
are amenable to XML related topics? The only one I've seen is MIT 
Press's Markup language: Theory and Practice.

However, looking at the web page it doesn't appear to have published 
for a couple of years.
