Like others, I have chosen oXygen. It was the only IDE with excellent
built-in support for editing XML, XSLT, and XSD that runs under the same
license on my work computer (Solaris) and home computer (Linux).

Support is also excellent, I usually get replies to my questions within 12
hours.
