Aleksey's xmlsec library is in C/C++ and built on Gnome libxml.
See www.xmlsec.org. Fairly simple and standard configure&&make
kind of deal. I think it has a way to capture c14n output, can't
recall off the top of my head.
The Python pyxml package has c14n/exc-c14n code; you can also find
it on the w3c freeware web site. Joseph Reagle helped, and he was an
editor on those specs. See http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2001/xmlsec-python/
In fact, http://www.w3.org/Signature/ has a bunch of toolkits mentioned;
I can only comment on the two I know about, mentioned above.
