SAX2 Topic Summary

The SAX2 discussion seems to have died down, so I've summarized the 
discussion as best I am able and sorted it into four major topics:

   Topic 2004-0001: beta status
   Topic 2004-0002: XML 1.1 support
   Topic 2004-0003: Unicode normalization
   Topic 2004-0004: xmlns Namespace

I will send out four separate follow-up messages, summarizing the issues and 
discussion for each one.
