entity definitions

Heylas,

For those interested in alternative means of defining entities (in ways
that can be made to work fairly cleanly with schema languages other than
DTD), this might be amusing.

Note that the schema isn't written yet.  We have a glut of square tuits,
so it's impossible to find the round kind.
