SV: [xml-dev] Validate xml data

Hey Jakob

Do you have any documentation that describes the XML structure or even a
formal document like a DTD or XML Schema, cause then you could use a open
source validating parser like xerces
http://xml.apache.org/xerces2-j/index.html.

I get weather data as XML, and sometimes the data is not complete.
Is there are way I can check a XML document for valid data?
