struggling to learn RDF ..

is there a good place to ask dumb newbie RDF questions?
- more importantly, somewhere where i might not get dumb answers :-)

Also can someone suggest a good book on the subject, the O'Reilly 
"Practical RDF" is practicaly unreadable.
