XML Newbie Question

Hi

I was wondering if someonw could help out a noob.. For some reason my file is not validating thru Oxygen . I have tried a bunch of different things but it did not work.

Does this error mean anything to you guys.

SystemID: C:\workspace\TestXML\output.xml
Location: 45:4
Description: cvc-complex-type.2.4.d: Invalid content was found starting with element 'errors'. No child element is expected at this point.
