<org.w3c.svg> or <org.w3c.svg.svg>

Hi Michael,

When you've mentioned your namespaces by convention you've given examples of 
both <org.w3c.svg> or <org.w3c.svg.svg> as top level element names.  I 
wondered if you had ever thought long enough about it to decide which option 
you prefer?  (If so which?!)

To me <org.w3c.svg> seems prettier, but <org.w3c.svg.svg> more naturally 
embraces org.w3c.svg.rectangle.
