It's been in there already since at least jdk7, so there's probably not
much hope of changing the default behavior. It's only one method call
to set it up for namespaces: setNamespaceAware(). Not too bad.
How about adding another constructor signature, boolean true for
namespacing:
public static SAXParserFactory newInstance(boolean isNamespaceAware)
That would be backwards compatible and yet be convenient.
