[Off topic] XML-dev mail being caught by anti-spam filters?

My email server (University of Toronto's) has in the last week or two 
started classifying email from XML-DEV as junk (put in a junk folder). 
Has anyone else noticed this?  If so then it's probably due to a new 
addition to spam whitelisting / blacklisting lists ....
