XML v1.0 Second Edition Test Suite

There have been a number of issues raised in 

the second edition of the test suite that need 

to be resolved.  I am looking for interested 

individuals to review comments, research tests, 

and propose solutions.  Please respond if you 

are able to help with bug fixes to this 
release.
