Acknowledgements for XRI 1.0 spec

TC 
Members-

    We are at the point in drafting the XRI spec that we need to fill out the 
acknowledgements section of the spec. By TC rules, we include all TC members. We 
will also include others who've provided more than trivial amounts of feedback 
and help to the TC. For example,  other folks in companies of TC 
participants and that feedback is routed through the TC participant. 

    If you have folks who you feel have non-trivially contributed to the 
spec and would like them included in the acknowledgements section, please let me 
know asap.
