barx-0.1.2 has been released

A new release of barx is now available which brings the functionality
up to WD11 ED07:

1) Ref and Redirect elements at the XRD level now take precedence over
Service elements.
2) Empty service selection elements with no match attribute are
equivalent to match=null.
3) The ServerStatus element has been re-positioned per yesterday's
RelaxNG version.
