An acknowledgement of flat namespaces

A lot of people think ICANN has lost their marbles, but this is an
interesting development - potentially opens up DNS for being a much
more "flat" namespace --- where you can have any TLD for $50k to
$100k:

From a namespace management point of view - this is looking more like
i-names, only backwards, and with the '.' character, and with a few
less charactrers, and using DNS resolution...
