Sun WS-Trust Successful Round trip

We have completed our first full round trip with Sun's STS - RSTS.
There is still an issue with AttributeNamespace in claims so
AttributeName was used in it's stead when evaluating payload in
XSPASAMLValidator.

The Jericho PDP is currently throws an exception for both
Interops(SAML/XACML & WS-TRUST/XACML) ... Daniel can you look at this.
