Members of the AMQP BINDMAP TC, Steve has notified me that he will be leaving OASIS and that the chair seat will very shortly become vacant. So you need to elect a new chair before continuing your work. Electing a chair requires a Fill Majority Vote - that is, an affirmative vote by over 50% of the Voting Members. You have 7 VMs so 4 votes will be needed at a minimum. Note that the person elected chair need *not* be a VM. The best way to do this is for one or two TC members to be nominated (either self-nominate or someone else can nominate) and then you can either approval her/him/them in a quorate meeting or set up an electronic ballot. I will be happy to set up the ballot for you if you like.
