I suggest members to start preparing quotes * now * so when the call for quotes is issued (expected mid-October), we are ready to provide the quotes. o Let’s discuss who is willing to provide quotes, by when, etc. 8. Timeline for re-chartering the TC o Sept 11 [DONE] § TC will review feedback comments on the proposed revisions to the TC charter, finalize revisions, and decide (via a simple majority vote) on re-chartering the TC. o Sept 25 [DONE] § Chairs will submit proposal to re-charter the TC to TC admin o October 1-7 [in-progress] § 7-day Special Majority e-ballot to approve re-chartering of the TC o Oct 15 § TC admin announces call for participation in the re-chartered TC o Nov 20 th § TC conducts first meeting under the revised charter! 9. Special Majority Ballot to approve re-chartering the TC o If you haven’t already, please register your vote in the ongoing Special Majority Ballot (https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/amqp/ballot.php?id=2292) to approve re-charting the TC. 10.
