     In 6.11

      Change PR-32 to
         "Providers SHALL support the use of the media type "application/x-yaml" for deploying an application using a Plan file by value. [PR-32]"

           add after [PR-32]:
              "Providers SHALL support the use of the media type "application/json" for deploying an  application using a reference to a PDP or a Plan file [NEW-XX]"
        In 6.12
                (make all statements about content type analagous to 6.11)

AGREEMENT: close CAMP-11 with no action; possibly create a new  document with examples and usage notes. proposal updated in JIRA

AGREEMENT: close CAMP-42 with no action. there are many attempts at different  levels (e.g. http) and to do correctly is too big a job for 1.1. Note that we have re-factored to 
minimize where the large arrays are are. Proposal upadted in JIRA

AGREEMENT on a directtional proposal for camp-62 to create a new sub-section 6.3.1.2 to contain a  note about json arrays and ordering issues. Comment added to JIRA

AGREEMENT that we Need to make a Decision on CAMP-66: need to either remove parameterdefinitionuri, or complete the specification as to what happens when a post occurs. 
feeling on the scrum all is to delete the attribute for v 1.1. Comment added to JIRA

AGREEMENT: CAMP-79 no intention to have oasis manage this but to let communities manage bottom up e.g. openstack. Proposal added to JIRA
